Well, if you're anything like me you probably love salad. Not only do you feel happy after eating it (satisfied, yet never too full) but there are just so many variations. During the winter I'm all about soup...but once the corner is turned sometime around April-May I go full on into salad-mode. I've had my tried-and-true go-to salads in the past, but I decided to venture out a bit a couple weeks ago and discovered the most amazing salad ever (find it here!)
Now I've decided it's time to branch out a bit and try out some more recipes. There's nothing worse than eating a salad that leaves you wanting something more...keep those taste buds excited with the recipes below!
The Traditionalist: maybe you're a garden salad lover, or a Caesar salad fan. If you are, here are a few salads to try- no lettuce involved!
The Kale Lover: okay, okay. So you like kale. I completely get it...not only is it supposedly one of the healthiest foods out there but it does have a different taste and I'll even admit- I'm all about the crunch.
The Experimentalist: feeling like you've tried a million salad combinations? Try one of these...um, and how beautiful is the Sprouted Wild Rice and Beet salad? I cannot wait to make that...
P.S. Have any salad recommendations? Please share! I'm always looking for great new recipes!
