I think what Marcel Proust is getting at, is that it is most important to not necessarily look for roads that are new and have not yet been travelled, but to look carefully and with as little bias and judgement at roads that already exist. I think it is through being open and fully examining what exists that we are encouraged to be creative, to be adaptable, to really understand what something is all about.
